Mercedes-Benz of Buffalo celebrated its fiftieth anniversary serving Western New York. This accomplishment is a testament to the excellent product we represent, our talented and dedicated staff, generations of loyal customers.
In 1965 Anthony LaMastra, founder of Great Lakes Motor Corp., a Dodge and Plymouth dealership, learned that Mercedes-Benz was attempting to establish a dealer network in the United States – Mercedes-Benz of North America. Mr. LaMastra attended a meeting in New York City, joined the network, and was given a Mercedes to drive back to Buffalo. His dealership became one of the original fifty Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the country.
“It has been our honor to be the exclusive Mercedes-Benz dealer in Western New York for the past fifty years, and to provide our customers with an outstanding product of uncompromising quality.” Robert LaMastra
Today, in addition to selling Mercedes-Benz automobiles, Mercedes-Benz of Buffalo also sells Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans and Mercedes-Benz Smart Cars.
